Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose QuickCook and tap Cancel. You keep Pro access until the current period ends.

The step ticker isn’t showing.
Make sure Live Activities are enabled in Settings ▸ QuickCook, and that you’ve started a cook. The Dynamic Island needs iPhone 14 Pro or later; on other phones the ticker shows on the Lock Screen.

An imported recipe looks wrong.
Imports are drafts built from the post’s caption — tap to edit any step or ingredient before saving.

What about my data?
QuickCook has no accounts and no servers — your recipes, favourites, ratings and shopping list stay on your device. To remove everything, just delete the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.
